Butter in frosting
When making basic frosting using butter, flavor, powder sugar and fluid. If you want a more glossy frosting, use the liquid butter and if you want a matte frosting use real butter. Keep in mind that using the liquid butter makes the frosting softer and so it's not suitable for piping.

My first cupcake
I've been looking at cupcake blogs for a while and I've been so impressed and inspired so I wanted to get into cupcake craft. I recently bought a book about cupcakes. It's hard to find good cupcake recipes in Swedish but this book was written by an American so I decided to put some trust in it.
Here is my very first batch in my cupcake career. I know it's not exactly a work of art but they turned out okay and I'm definately proud of them.
